What’s included?

Luxe Dining includes two meats, two sides and a side salad for 30 guests. The Micro Wedding package lists two meats, four sides and a side salad for 30. Additional guests are $65 each within package capacity.

Chicken

  • Roasted boneless thigh, 4–6 oz
  • Jerk, barbecue, herb-roasted or lemon butter

Fish

  • Swai
  • Lemon butter, blackened, spicy Creole or hot honey glaze

Beef & pork

  • Meatball basil marinara linguine
  • Sliced brisket: barbecue, red-eye gravy (cream-based coffee gravy, with or without bacon), or braised
  • Sliced pork loin: sweet chili, Hawaiian glaze, jerk or herb-roasted

Pasta

  • Creamy Parmesan Alfredo: choose spinach, peppers or onions; chicken, fish or sausage; mushrooms on request
  • Marinara with beef, pork or vegetables
  • Vegetable lasagna: zucchini, squash, spinach and carrots; mushrooms on request

Side dish options (choose two)

  • Rice and peas (long-grain brown); yellow rice; white rice; dirty rice (beef and chicken); vegetable rice
  • Buttered mashed potatoes; loaded mashed potatoes with sour cream, cheese and green onion
  • Roasted rosemary potatoes or potatoes au gratin
  • Five-cheese macaroni and cheese
  • Sautéed fresh string beans; broccoli rabe with garlic and red pepper; vegetable medley with broccoli, carrots and mushrooms
  • Southern-style cabbage, with or without meat

Side salad

  • Cucumber, tomato and croutons
  • Balsamic vinaigrette

RAISE A GLASS

Bartending, thoughtfully handled.

All alcohol must be served by Hideout’s licensed and insured bartender. Luxe Dining includes four hours of bartender service, cups, napkins, a cooler, a shopping list and liability insurance. The client provides the alcohol, ice, chasers and garnishes.
